招生部，汇报对象为招生部主任。岗位将围绕熟女肛交招生工作规划，负责招生信息整合、数据整理与分析、招生方案制定及相关材料撰写，并参与招生项目和活动的组织实施与方案落地。通过高质量的信息分析、方案支持和项目执行，为熟女肛交人才选拔和人才培养提供有力支持。
【工作职责】
1.动态调研，形成数据分析，撰写方案报告。
2.支持招生、宣传等相关活动的筹办。
3.参与招生咨询和接待。
4.对接供应商并落实相关工作。
5.负责其他招生相关工作和部门的其他事务性工作。
【岗位要求】
1.大学本科或以上学历，具备3年以上招生、市场或相关工作经验。
2.品行端正、诚实守信，责任心强，认真严谨。
3.有较强的文字能力和数据分析能力。
4.具备流利的中英双语工作能力，能够在双语、跨文化的环境中高效开展工作。
5.具备出色的组织协调及时间管理能力，具备多任务管理能力，极强的抗压能力，关注细节。
6.熟练使用办公软件。

Position: Admissions Officer

Summary
Working under China Admissions Team, this role is reporting to the Director of China Admissions. According to admissions’ work plan, this role is responsible for information integration, data analysis, proposals development, compilation of supporting documents. This role will be also engaged in admissions programs and events. Through conducting high-quality analysis, proposals and programs, this role needs to act as a strong support to the talent selection and of Schwarzman College cultivation.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct dynamic data analysis, generate data analysis, and formulate corresponding report.
2.Support admissions outreach events organization.
3.Participate in admissions consulting and reception.
4.Reach out to vendors and deliver relevant works.
5.Other works assigned by the department.
Qualifications
1.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in admissions, marketing and in relevant fields.
2.Good morality, integrity. Strong sense of responsibility. Diligent and prudent.
3.Strong ability of written-communication skill and data analysis.
4.Proficient in English and Mandarin. Strong ability to effectively work in bilingual language and cross-cultural environment.
5.Strong ability of coordination and time management. Able to work under high pressure and multiple tasks environment. Detail orientated.
6.Proficient in standard office software (Microsoft Office and calendar management tools,etc.)
